Although its been much longer wait than the typical chain drive-thrus, I was able to get an appointment less than 2hrs within calling. Service tech didn't try force sale me on my dirty cabin filter and even came back to correct his quote on replacement. Im writing review before payment so if theres a second one, the AI generator lied about price hahaha

MY MECHANIC is always professional and I trust them with our vehicles. They go out of their way to let you know they appreciate your business. No reason to look anywhere else.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to fix my son's vintage firebird ignition, pretty much destroyed the car, and left him having to pay 2 grand just to get his car back that still needs fixed. The kid doesn't have much and works hard for every penny. He was so proud of that car. It's a shame for any business to operate like this.

Best service on a vehicle I’ve had in a long time. Had them do an inspection on my AC, which also came back showing a lot of other problems with the vehicle that 2 other shops in Owensboro were supposed to have fixed prior and never did. Had them recharge my AC and when they ran into an issue, they went above and beyond and stored my refrigerant for me while I was able to get the issue fixed on my end. Absolutely tickled with their prompt service and keeping their word from start to finish.

My Mechanic is one of the two or three mechanic shops I trust in town…they were the only ones willing to do an engine replacement on my ‘99 Acura RL. Before they were My Mechanic they were Harley’s; both equally as trustworthy. They have friendly customer service, knowledgeable and capable mechanics, and reasonable turnaround times. They do stay pretty booked up so you’ll probably be a week out at least before you can get in but it’s worth it.
